Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We ship your order as soon as possible. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. For expedited shipping, see "Additional Shipping Rates for Merchandise" below.

Q: Do you ship to international addresses?
A: We ship within the continental United States and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional shipping fee.

Our shipping charges are actual for FedEx. You are given choices on most orders as to how fast you want the items delivered.

Orders in after 12:00:EST Will be processed the next business day.

Most orders shipped within the continental US will be via FedEx Ground.

Expedited shipping is available Monday-Friday for an additional charge:*

*2nd Day Delivery means 2 business days. {Any order shipped on Friday would arrive on Tuesday. }

*3rd Day Delivery means 3 business days. {shipped Wednesday arrives Monday}

*Express Delivery means the next business day. {Example: Any order shipped on Friday would arrive on Monday.}

*Saturday Delivery is available at the express rate + a weekend delivery fee.

All Saturday deliveries must be arranged over the phone.

Saturday shipping is not available online, and not available to all areas.

State Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to your order if you reside or are shipping to a state that requires us to collect sales tax.

* Additional shipping charges will NOT appear on your order confirmation, but will be added when we process your order.

Q: How can I provide verification of my age?
A: By submitting an order, you are verifying you are 18 years of age or older and are legally able to order.

If you are shipping to another address, you must send proof of residency and age of the recipient.

Q: Are there volume discounts for items purchased online?
A: We offer a 10% discount when you buy 6 items and a 15% discount for orders of 12 or more.

Please note that the discount will not appear online, but will be discounted at the time we process your order.

Q: Will I be charged a separate shipping rate for each item?

A: If all items being ordered are going to the same address, packed together, you will be charged ONE shipping cost, which must cover the total shipping weight, packaging and packing.

AK, HI, PR, GU and VI orders can ship US Mail, FedEx 2 day or Overnight Express.

Bad addresses, missing apartment numbers, re-routes to another address (your work or a friends house etc.) will result in a service charge.

FedEx charges $5.00 for ground corrections and $10.00 for expedited corrections.

They charge us, so we will have no choice but to charge you. To avoid any corrections charges please double check your address before you submit your order.

If paying by credit card you are authorizing Fred's Survival Store Inc. to charge your account the Total of goods, plus the additional shipping & handling charges required on your order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

All orders to be shipped to any address in which that state requires us to collect sales tax on the entire amount of the order, IT WILL be added when processing your purchase.
