Under United States Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for purchase of goods within 72 hours.   You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this time frame . If you request a refund then this will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Once items have entered the delivery process you will not be able to cancel the contract for any services that have been provided by Fred's Survival Store Inc, such as gift-wrapping. If the merchandise has already been shipped and turned over to the carrier, you must wait and handle it as a return. Kindly see RETURNS. If the item or items ordered is one of Special Order, custom design jewelry, engraving or Monogrammed, the order CAN NOT be canceled. Our GOAL is to keep you as a satisfied customer. We will work with you on all fronts and do what ever it takes to make you happy. All disputes will be settled under Nevada Law. This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
